NOVELTY - Modified graphene nitrile rubber latex, is claimed. The preparation of the modified graphene nitrile rubber latex comprises taking butadiene and acrylonitrile as a main monomer, adding graphene, unsaturated carboxylic acid and multi-double bond-type crosslinking monomer and/or other functional monomers and carrying out polymerization reaction using a composite emulsifying system to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene nitrile rubber latex (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The latex has good fluidity, viscosity, good mechanical stability, chemical stability, toughness, cohesive strength and good oil resistance, chemical, and abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Modified graphene nitrile rubber latex, is claimed. The preparation of the modified graphene nitrile rubber latex comprises taking butadiene and acrylonitrile as a main monomer, adding graphene, unsaturated carboxylic acid and multi-double bond-type crosslinking monomer and/or other functional monomers and carrying out polymerization reaction using a composite emulsifying system to obtain the product, where the composite emulsifying system comprises the reactive emulsifier, small amount of anionic emulsifier, persulfate as initiator, alkyl mercaptan as a molecular weight regulator, and other additives to improve the conversion rate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing technique of nitrile rubber latex as seed emulsion polymerization process comprising, (i) delivering butadiene to butadiene tank and transfering acrylonitrile to acrylonitrile tank, (ii) pumping butadiene from the storage tank to butane base wash tank through butadiene pump, caustic washing pressure butadiene tank, water washing the butadiene measuring jar, pumping acrylonitrile from acrylonitrile storage tank to acrylonitrile overhead tank through acrylonitrile pump, flowing into the to the acrylonitrile metering jar, adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and soft water in sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate tank, mixing and flowing to the dodecyl sodium benzenesulfonate metering jar, delivering t-dodecyl thiol thiol to tank through the thiol liquid lower pump, flowing to the thiol metering jar and adding potassium persulfate, graphene, additive after the potassium hydroxide are mixed with soft water in the batching tank, (iii) (a) vacuumizing the mixture at -0.08Mpa after the autoclave is purged with nitrogen, feeding the specific amount of emulsifier sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate aqueous solution, methacrylic acid, acrylonitrile and graphite Ene, thiol, initiator, pure water, replacing with nitrogen twice and adding the treated butadiene in step (i) and (b) starting stirring, heating the polymerization kettle to 33 degrees C, where the polymerization kettle pressure is 0.4MPa, reacting, maintaining the temperature of the polymerization kettle to 30-35 degrees C, reacting for 10 hours, heating to 60-70 degrees C, reacting for 7 hours, where the polymerization kettle in the polymerization reaches more than 45% dry matter and 0.04 MPa pressure in the kettle and cooling the kettle by adding nitrogen pressure and (iv) vacuumizing at -0.06MPa, cooling the kettle to 30 degrees C for two hours, adjusting the pH8 to 9 by adding potassium hydroxide aqueous solution, compensating by adding auxiliary agent and sampling pass after passing into the product tank or product pool.
