▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Alkaline graphene zinc-iron alloy electroplating solution comprises 8-13g zinc oxide, 90-125g sodium hydroxide, 50g potassium sodium tartrate, 50-90g graphene nanoparticle, 0.35-0.6g iron ion, 4-8ml DE additive, 0.03-0.06g vanillin, balance is water. The temperature of the electroplating solution is 15-30 degrees C. The pH of the electroplating solution is 9-14. USE - Alkaline graphene zinc-iron alloy electroplating solution. ADVANTAGE - The alkaline graphene zinc-iron alloy electroplating solution prevents the plating solution from unstable during electroplating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for performing electroplating alkaline graphene zinc-iron alloy electroplating solution, which involves: (A) polishing abrasive paper and polishing adhering debris on the surface of the workpiece to be plated, placing workpiece into degreasing tank, using ultrasonic waves and adding appropriate cleaning fluid to the surface of the workpiece grease cleaning, using hot water at 45-60 degrees C to immerse the degreased workpiece, activating workpiece with 5-10 baume sulfuric acid solution at room temperature; (B) adding electroplating solution to the electroplating bath with steel plate column as anode, and current density is 2.5-4A/dm2, hanging multiple workpieces processed on the electroplating rack and inserting them into electroplating bath, and using electroplating rack as cathode, electroplating at temperature of 18-28 degrees C for 25-40 minutes, taking out the workpiece and electroplating rack after electroplating from electroplating bath, using washing water to clean the electroplated workpiece, then passivating, and finally drying passivated workpiece, clamping and installing inner walls of the left and right sides of the electroplating bath with steel plate columns through insulating clamping frame; and (C) connecting top of the steel plate column to the anode of the electroplating battery through wire.
