NOVELTY - Durable and scratch resistant foam material is prepared by mixing (in pts.wt.): dioctyl phthalate (100) with nano-graphene oxide (0.15-0.40), nanometer aluminum oxide (0.3-1.5), titanium dioxide (15-30), viscosity reducer (0-20), silicone composite powder (15-50), polyvinylchloride paste grade resin (130-220), microsphere foaming agent (5-25), and thermal stabilizer (3-16). USE - Durable and scratch resistant foam material used as wall paper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing durable and scratch resistant foam material, which involves: (A) mixing dioctyl phthalate with nano-graphene oxide, nanometer aluminum oxide, microsphere foaming agent, and thermal stabilizer; (B) stirring uniformly the obtained mixture at 6000-10000 revolutions per minute for 10-20 minutes to obtain a dispersed mixture; (C) adding titanium dioxide, viscosity reducer, silicone composite powder and polyvinylchloride paste grade resin to the dispersed mixture; and (D) stirring the obtained mixture at 2000-4500 revolutions per minute for 1-4 hours to obtain a desired product.
