▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composition, comprises first component including silver-gold nano particles-NCP antigen, where the silver-gold nano particles-NCP antigen has gold-silver alloy nanoparticles and second component includes graphene quantum dots. USE - The composition is useful for fluorescence detection of 2019-nCoV mAb (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition, is simple in process; utilizes easily available raw materials; is economical; has high selectivity and good accuracy when detecting 2019nCoV mAb. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing composition comprising obtaining first component and second component, where preparation of the first component includes (a) obtaining gold-silver alloy nanoparticle solution, namely the silver-gold NPs solution; (b) mixing silver-gold NPs solution with the NCP antigen solution, and stirring at low temperature to obtain a mixed solution; and (iii) adding bovine serum albumin solution to the mixed solution, and centrifuging after continuing to stir to obtain a precipitate; and (d) dispersing precipitate in phosphate buffered saline solution to obtain Ag-Au NPs-NCP antigen; and use method of the composition of the fluorescence detection 2019-nCoV mAb comprising incubating after mixing the first component with the 2019-nCoV mAb solution, adding second component to the incubation after the incubation is completed, and performing fluorescence detection is performed.
