▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphite/polyimide composite carbon fiber is prepared by ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in organic solvent to obtain graphite oxide suspension, adding into reactor, introducing inert gas (nitrogen or argon), adding 4,4'-diaminodiphenylether (ODA), stirring to dissolve, adding pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), low temperature polycondensing, standing, vacuum defoaming, adding into spinning kettle, spinning, thermal imidization treating, vacuum drying, carbonizing, and graphitization treating. USE - Method for preparing graphite/polyimide composite carbon fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has good conductive performance, and high strength, modulus and heat conduction. The method overcomes difficult to form polyamic acid spinning, promotes orientation of composite fiber and carbon fiber, induces carbonization and graphitization of composite fiber, and improves spinnability of polyamic acid solution and mechanical performance and conductivity of final composite carbon fiber and graphite fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphite/polyimide composite carbon fiber is prepared by ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in organic solvent to obtain graphite oxide suspension, adding into reactor, introducing inert gas (nitrogen or argon), adding 4,4'-diaminodiphenylether (ODA), stirring to dissolve, adding pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), low temperature polycondensing at - 15-25 degrees C for 3-15 hours to obtain graphite oxide/polyamic acid mixed solution, standing, vacuum defoaming, adding into spinning kettle, spinning with coagulation bath mixed liquid comprising ethanol and water to obtain graphite oxide/polyamic acid primary fiber, thermal imidization treating, vacuum drying to obtain graphite oxide/polyimide composite fiber, carbonizing, and graphitization treating.
