▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - High-strength composite material comprises a panel main body and a main cloth disposed on surface of the panel main body. The panel main body comprises 10-20 pts. wt. foamed aluminum/graphene composite, 80-100 pts. wt. polyurethane and 10-15 pts. wt. functional auxiliary agent. The main cloth is coated with antibacterial and mildew-proof material. The foamed aluminum/graphene composite is obtained by immersing aluminum foam in the graphene dispersion, drying after 30 to 60 minutes, and then hot pressing and sintering it under the protection of an inert gas for 2-4 hours to obtain foamed aluminum/graphene composite. USE - High-strength composite material for luggage. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength composite material has light weight, good rigidity, excellent tensile strength and hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a high-strength composite material for a luggage, which involves: (A) mixing the polyurethane and the functional auxiliary to obtain a mixture; (B) placing foamed aluminum/graphene composite in a mold, pouring the mixture in mold for casting at a pressure of 0.6-0.7MPa and temperature of 60-80 degrees C, and carrying out curing at 100-120 degrees C for 24-30 hours to obtain the panel body; and (C) subjecting panel body and cloth to hot-pressing at a temperature of 260-300 degrees C and pressure of 240-260kPa for 10-15 seconds to obtain final product.
