NOVELTY - Anti-wind and sand erosion resistant rubber protective layer material formed by mixing and vulcanizing 100 pts. wt. fluorine rubber, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. carbon black, 3-15 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 2-6 pts. wt. coupling agent, 3-7 pts. wt. acid absorbing agent, 2-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, and 2-7 pts. wt. auxiliary crosslinking agent. USE - Used as anti-wind and sand erosion resistant rubber protective layer material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent high and low temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and atmospheric aging resistance, reduces quality loss after sand erosion, erosion resistance or heat conduction coefficient, maintain shore hardness, tensile strength, and tear strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-wind and sand erosion resistant rubber protective layer material comprising (1) mixing and ball milling graphene, carbon black, carbon nanotube and coupling agent to obtain powder mixture, (2) subjecting powder mixture to plasma treatment, and mixing with fluoroether rubber and acid absorbing agent for banburying to obtain a banbury blend, and (3) mixing banburying blend with a vulcanizing agent and a co-crosslinking agent for kneading and vulcanization.
