NOVELTY - The flexible display apparatus has flexible substrate (100), and a display layer which is set on a first surface of the flexible substrate and comprised of pixels. A graphene (34) is set on the second surface of flexible substrate opposite to the first surface, and an encapsulation layer covers the display layer. A recess portion (100a) is defined in the second surface of flexible substrate and the graphene fills a portion of the recess portion. The recess portion is nano-sized, and has diameter in a range from about 30 to about 200 nanometers. USE - Flexible display apparatus. ADVANTAGE - Facilitates handling of the flexible substrate by utilizing a support substrate. Prevents the damage to the display unit by penetration of oxygen or moisture since an encapsulation layer has multi-layered structure including one or more inorganic layer and one or more organic layer. Facilitates the separation of flexible substrate from the support substrate.
