▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene and LC device has a substrate. The layer of graphene is formed on the substrate. The layer of liquid crystal is formed on the layer of graphene. The layer of graphene is an alignment layer. An electrode for a liquid crystal device is provided. The molecules of the layer of liquid crystals and the layer of graphene are aligned with uniform planar aligned state of the molecules of the layer of liquid crystals. USE - Graphene and liquid crystal device for achieving alignment of liquid crystal (LC) using graphene layers for manufacturing LCD display. ADVANTAGE - The number of layers is minimized in the device while simplifying the fabrication process, having reduced optical path length and optimizing the transmission. The conductive and aligning functions can be reduced with single layer of material offers the potential to minimize the losses and optimize throughput of light over wide range of spectral bands. The reduced path length allows for reduced absorption and scattering contributions over wide spectral range.
