NOVELTY - Graphene/nylon 6 fiber is claimed. The diameter of fiber is 5-50 mu m, and obtained by melt spinning at 100 pts. wt. graphene/nylon 6 nanocomposite and 0.1-5 pts. wt. auxiliaries, where graphene/nylon 6 nanocomposite material consists of nylon 6 and monolayer graphene grafted with nylon 6, transverse dimension of monolayer graphene grafted with nylon 6 is greater than 3 microns; and ratio between graphene and nylon 6 is 0.01-0.5:100. USE - Used as graphene/nylon 6 fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber has flame retardant and anti-ultraviolet properties (claimed); and has excellent flame retardant, anti-droplet, anti-ultraviolet and other properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene/nylon 6 fiber comprising mixing 100 pts. wt. graphene/nylon 6 nanocomposite material and 0.1-5 pts. wt. auxiliaries homogeneously, and performing high-speed melt spinning to obtain final product.
