NOVELTY - The preparation method of fluorescent nanomaterial involves (S1) adding 5-10 pts. wt. 6-diamidino-2-phenylindole, 15-20 pts. wt. cyclohexylsulfamic acid, and 5-10 pts. wt. isobutyltriethoxysilane, and heating at 30-50 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain mixed solution (A), (S2) cooling to room temperature, adding 8-12 pts. wt. graphene, and immersing at -5-5 degrees C for 30-60 minutes to obtain mixed solution (B), (S3) mixed grinding 3-5 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 4-8 pts. wt. zirconium dioxide, and 1-3 pts. wt. titanium diboride, heat-preserving at 250-350 degrees C for 5-10 minutes under the protection of nitrogen atmosphere, and calcining at 500-600 degrees C and rate of 1-5 degrees C/minute for 20-50 minutes to obtain mixed powder, and (S4) adding the obtained mixed powder to the mixed solution (A) and mixed solution (B) at 0.15-0.2 MPa, ultrasonically treating with 2000-3000 W for 10-30 minutes, drying, and hot-pressing.
