▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene/epoxy resin composite material comprises graphene, epoxy resin, curing agent and accelerant, where the conductivity of graphene/epoxy resin composite material is more than 102 S/cm, the graphene is prepared by carrying out oxidation-reduction reaction of 2 pts. wt. crystalline flake graphene, 10-16 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, 80-90 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid, 12-20 pts. wt. phosphoric acid and 5-15 pts. wt. ascorbic acid, freeze drying and heating at high temperature. USE - Used as graphene/epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has good compatibility, dispersing uniformly and high conductivity effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene/epoxy resin composite material comprising (i) mixing crystalline flake graphite, potassium permanganate, concentrated sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid and stirring uniformly, heating at 35-55 degrees C and reacting for 6-10 hours to obtain graphene oxide, then cleaning obtained graphene oxide using deionized water, removing the residual oxidant, dispersing in less than 4 mg/ml concentration of deionized water to obtain oxidized graphite alkene aqueous system, adding ascorbic acid into the obtained oxidized graphite alkene aqueous systems, heating at 90-100 degrees C, refluxing reacting for 12-24 hours, washing for many times and drying to obtain oxidized-reduced graphene oxide, (ii) freeze drying oxidized-reduced graphene oxide, and heat treating at high temperature to obtain carbonized graphene aerogel, and (iii) weighing epoxy resin, curing agent and accelerant, mixing and stirring uniformly, and then adding obtained carbide graphene aerogel to obtain final product.
