NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified polyetheretherketone composite material comprises (i) taking 100 pts. wt. polyetheretherketone, 1-pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 1-5 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. boron nitride and 0.5-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, (ii) preparing graphene as graphene powder, (ii) mixing polyetheretherketone, carbon fiber, graphene powder, carbon nanotubes and coupling agent through a jet mill, and (iv) placing the mixed material from the main discharge port of the twin-screw extruder for melt mixing, extruding and granulating. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified polyetheretherketone composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has three-dimensional network structure, improved the thermal conductivity, friction and wear performance and mechanical properties, large crushing strength, high energy utilization, saves energy and reduces losses.
