NOVELTY - Cosmetic composition comprises aqueous phase component, an oil phase component, and graphene. USE - The cosmetic composition is useful in shielding electromagnetic waves (claimed) for mobile phones, wireless fidelity, and microwave ovens. ADVANTAGE - The cosmetic composition can impart electromagnetic wave shielding and noise removal effects to skin in the range of 1-5 GHz, and can be effectively block electromagnetic waves from the skin by using carbon-based material that does not have risk i.e. low cost and corrosion compared to metallic materials.
