NOVELTY - Vibration and noise-reducing material comprises 65-75 pts. wt. chlorinated butyl rubber, 25-35 pts. wt. natural rubber, 35-45 pts. wt. polyisobutylene, 10-40 pts. wt. super-branched silicone oil, 10-20 pts. wt. plasticizer, 20-30 pts. wt. weighting agent, 5-8 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 30-60 pts. wt. flame retardant, 2-4 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 2-3 pts. wt. accelerant and 3-5 pts. wt. odor removing agent. USE - The vibration and noise-reducing material is useful for a long time in a wide temperature domain and frequency domain and reducing the vibration level and noise level in the cabin in the interlayer of the bulkhead. ADVANTAGE - The vibration and noise-reducing material has high damping characteristics in a wide temperature range and sound insulation characteristics in a wide frequency domain. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing vibration and noise-reducing material, comprising (i) mixing the chlorinated butyl rubber, natural rubber, polyisobutene and super-branched silicone oil, adding plasticizer, weighting agent, reinforcing agent and odor removing agent, eating completely, adding the flame retardant for many times, mixing and discharging to obtain primary mixing film and drying for more than 2 hours; (ii) passing the primary mixed rubber sheet thinly for 3-5 times, adding the vulcanizing agent and accelerant, mixing completely in the mixed rubber and passing thinly for 6-8 times to obtain lower film; (iii) placing the mixed rubber on a two-roll rubber mill and back-melted until the film is soft and the surface is smooth and flat, placing in a rubber four-roll calender to calender and form to obtain a mixed film, attaching the kneaded film and the release cloth and placing on the roller for rolling; and (iv) laying it on the steel belt of a flat belt drum vulcanizing machine for vulcanization, and air cooling.
