NOVELTY - A wear-resistant anti-oxidation titanium aluminum alloy material comprises 40-50 pts. wt. titanium powder, 45-60 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 20-30 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 3-11 pts. wt. asbestos powder, 3-6 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 1-5 pts. wt. boehmite powder, 2-4 pts. wt. trisodium phosphate, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. potassium oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. glass fiber, and 11-15 pts. wt. paraffin wax. USE - Wear-resistant anti-oxidation titanium aluminum alloy material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The titanium aluminum alloy material has high wear resistance, excellent oxidation resistance, and is prepared using simple process at low processing cost, with easy to control parameters, and is environmentally-friendly, and suitable for large scale industrial production.
