NOVELTY - A graphene composite film capacitor is a parallel plate capacitor composed of two layers of modified graphene thin film as conductive layer and two layers of polypropylene thin film staggered and obtained by laminating. The modified graphene film comprises 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. organic tin, 1-3 pts. wt. natural sponge, 1-2 pts. wt. corn core, 46-48 pts. wt. graphene dispersion, 1-2 pts. wt. copper sulfate, 2-3 pts. wt. magnesium stearate, 1-2 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 2-4 pts. wt. castor oil, and 10-30 pts. wt. deionized water. The graphene dispersion liquid comprises 30-60 pts. wt. graphene, 4-10 pts. wt. chitosan, 4-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 1-2 pts. wt. calcium lignin sulfonate, 1-3 pts. wt. tetraethoxysilane, and 20-30 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Graphene composite film capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film has good mechanical performance.
