▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphite composite conductive bar material comprises graphite powders and polymeric material which are mixed and molded to form graphite composite conductive bar material. The graphite composite conductive bar material contains more than 50 wt.% graphite powders. USE - Graphite composite conductive bar material used as cathode in a plasma electrochemical process for producing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The amount of doped nitrogen can be adjusted via modifying the amount of the nitrogen-containing components in the graphite composite conductive bar material. The graphite composite conductive bar material is higher in the amount of doped nitrogen and lower in the level of oxidization. The nitrogen-doped graphene has higher carrier density, electric conductivity and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing graphene, which involves providing a graphite composite conductive bar material, providing a plasma electrochemical apparatus including an electrolytic solution, an anode and a cathode, where graphite composite conductive bar material is used as cathode with one end contacting the electrolytic solution and applying an electric potential difference between anode and graphite composite conductive bar material to make a surface of graphite composite conductive bar material, which contacts electrolytic solution, undertake a plasma electrochemical reaction to form graphene.
