▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-modified single crystal copper, involves (i) placing crude copper in a crucible, heating and melting in a protective atmosphere to obtain copper solution, (ii) introducing copper liquid into a mold, heating, adding graphene powder and stirring, (iii) cooling copper liquid at outlet of mold, solidifying copper liquid unidirectionally in mold outlet direction, carrying out continuous drawing and continuous casting to obtain a copper ingot, (iv) carrying out heat treatment on copper ingot, cold-drawing and obtaining graphene-modified single crystal copper wire. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified single crystal copper (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified single crystal copper has excellent conductivity, stable and reliable signal transmission, and resistivity of more than 25%.
