NOVELTY - Fiber reinforced plastic electro-fusion pipe with independent control of mechanical performance and electrical performance has an electric melting pipe main body embedded with resistance wire; the electric melting pipe main body is set with two binding posts connected to two ends of the resistance wire. The material of electric melting pipe body is thermoplastic plastic doped with conductive fibers. The mass ratio of conductive body is 0-30%, and not 0. The fiber is non-conductive fiber material or conductive fibrous material. The non-conductive fibrous material is one of glass fiber, aramid fiber, basalt fiber, boron fiber, and bamboo fiber; the conductive fibrous material is carbon fiber or polyaniline fiber; the conductor is a carbon conductor or a conductive metal plating layer; the carbon conductor is carbon nano tube, carbon nano fiber or graphene; the mtge conductive metal plating layer is copper, zinc or silver metal plating layer. USE - Fiber reinforced plastic electro-fusion tube with independent regulation and control of mechanical property and electrical property for fiber reinforced plastic electric melting pipe used in engineering field e.g. municipal, ocean, building and nuclear power. ADVANTAGE - The fitting can realize the independent control of the mechanical bearing capacity of the electro-fusion tube and the structure health monitoring performance. Once forming by injection molding method, no need of additional steel plate or fiber reinforced layer, simple manufacturing technique, good stability, reducing the process cost.
