NOVELTY - Flexible cable material comprises 65 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, 1.3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 13 pts. wt. montan wax, 2.7 pts. wt. lubricant, 18 pts. wt. graphene, 3.1 pts. wt. flame retardant, 30 pts. wt. asphalt, 2.7 pts. wt. black masterbatch, 7 pts. wt. filler, 6 pts. wt. stabilizer, 5.5 pts. wt. colorant and 6.5 pts. wt. plasticizer. USE - The flexible cable material is useful in electric wire cable product for removing steel core aluminum stranded wire, electromagnetic wire and other bare wire product. ADVANTAGE - The flexible cable material has low temperature resistance effect after stretching, and effectively prolongs service life of the cable in long time stretching state. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flexible cable material, comprising (i) melting the montan wax, adding 2-4 times ethanol solution, obtaining the montan wax dispersion liquid, (ii) mixing PVC resin and asphalt, adding the mixture into the mixer, heating and mixing, adding montan wax dispersion liquid, cooling the mixture, continuously mixing, cooling, and cooling to obtain modified resin, (iii) grinding and crushing the black master batch, filtering using the mesh sieve, adding into the modified resin, combining with the graphene, mixing uniformly into the ultrasonic processor, heating the processor to ultrasonic the first mixed material, (iv) adding the antioxidant, lubricant, flame retardant, filler, stabilizer, colorant, plasticizer and the first mixture into the high speed mixer, mixing and stirring to obtain the second mixed material, and (v) adding the second mixed material into double-screw extruder for granulating, drying the extruded particles, filtering using the mesh sieve to obtain the cable material.
