▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing oriented carbon nanotube fiber-graphene composite film involves drawing the original carbon nanotube fibers to obtain oriented carbon nanotube fibers, uniformly applying the graphene oxide dispersion to the surface of the carbon nanotube fibers to obtain a carbon nanotube fiber-graphene oxide composite film, sequentially carbonizing and graphitizing the carbon nanotube fiber-graphene oxide composite film for thermal reduction and chemically reducing the carbon nanotube fiber-graphene oxide composite film to obtain oriented carbon nanotube fiber-graphene oxide composite film. USE - The composite film is used for preparing material with high thermal conductivity and in mechanics, heat conduction or electrical conductivity applications (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides excellent mechanical properties, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity to the composite film.
