▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Tensile resistant polyvinyl chloride modified cable material comprises 12-18 pts. wt. basalt fibers, 0.001-0.003 pts. wt. graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. modifier, 20-30 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 55-65 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, where modifier is mixture of acetic acid and polyacrylic acid emulsion; polymerization degree of polyacrylamide is 150-300; degree of polymerization of polyvinyl chloride is 1000-1600; coupling agent is vinyl silane coupling agent; and crosslinking agent is 2-ethyl-4-methyl imidazole. USE - The cable material is useful in sheath layer. ADVANTAGE - The cable material: has improved tensile strength, and retains better processability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing tensile resistant polyvinyl chloride modified cable material comprising (i) modifying and drying basalt fiber modifier, (ii) treating modified basalt fiber with coupling agent, and (iii) subjecting basalt fiber to coupling treatment, mixing with graphene, polyacrylamide, polyvinyl chloride and cross-linking agent and then extruding through extruder to obtain modified polyvinyl chloride cable material.
