NOVELTY - A thermal-insulation mortar dry material is prepared using sand, cement, glass beads, water-soluble phenolic resin, modified kaolin, graphene oxide, sodium aluminate, and fatty alcohol ethoxylate. The modified kaolin is prepared by crushing fluorspar slag and corn straw, sieving crushed material, calcining, soaking calcined particles in hydrogen peroxide, drying, then mixing with kaolin, sisal fiber, aluminum, tin oxide, gamma -aminoethyl- gamma -aminopropyl(methyl)dimethoxyl silane, rapeseed, dioctyl maleate, magnesium oxide, starch and water, and kneading resultant material. USE - Thermal-insulation mortar dry material is used for masonry wall. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A thermal-insulation mortar dry material is prepared using 8-10 pts. wt. sand, 380-450 pts. wt. cement, 70-90 pts. wt. glass beads, 5-8 pts. wt. water-soluble phenolic resin, 20-25 pts. wt. modified kaolin, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1.3-3.2 pts. wt. sodium aluminate, and 1-2 pts. wt. fatty alcohol ethoxylate. The modified kaolin is prepared by crushing 7-12 pts. wt. fluorspar slag and 3-5 pts. wt. corn straw, sieving crushed material through 200-400 meshes sieve, calcining the sieved particles at 700-750 degrees C for 4-5 hours, soaking calcined particles in 1-3% hydrogen peroxide for 8 to 12 hours, drying soaked particles, then mixing with 20-25 pts. wt. kaolin, 1-2 pts. wt. sisal fiber, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum, 1-2 pts. wt. tin oxide, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. gamma -aminoethyl- gamma -aminopropyl(methyl)dimethoxyl silane (silane coupling agent KH530), 1-2 pts. wt. rapeseed, 1-2 pts. wt. dioctyl maleate, 1-2 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. starch and predetermine amount of water at speed of 100-300 rpm for 5-10 minutes, and kneading resultant material at 60-70 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
