NOVELTY - Method for preparing a high-precision art patterned table paper product comprising a table paper carrier, a water-soluble film and a sealing layer, involves attaching the water-soluble film to one or both sides of the table paper carrier through the sealing layer, printing a pattern on the outer end surface and/or the inner end surface of the water-soluble film, where the table paper carrier comprises 60-85 pts. wt. pulp, 45-62 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 20-25 pts. wt. modified nano-montmorillonite, 18-23 pts. wt. PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 18- pts. wt. hydrophilic polymer, 15-20 pts. wt. anionic polyacrylamide, 15-20 pts. wt. perlite powder, 16-19 pts. wt. Osmanthus extract, 12-17 pts. wt. mugwort leaf extract, 10-15 pts. wt. o-hydroxybenzophenone derivatives, 9-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 3-8 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, mixing, placing in a beating machine, transferring to the drying phase and drying, and preparing a paper sheet with a paper machine. USE - The method is used for preparing a high-precision art patterned table paper product (claimed) which is used for table paper products and other paper products. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has high antibacterial performance, fast degradation rate, cost-effective, safe and environmentally-friendly. PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 18- pts. wt. hydrophilic polymer, 15-20 pts. wt. anionic polyacrylamide, 15-20 pts. wt. perlite powder, 16-19 pts. wt. Osmanthus extract, 12-17 pts. wt. mugwort leaf extract, 10-15 pts. wt. o-hydroxybenzophenone derivatives, 9-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 3-8 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, mixing the pulp, polylactic acid, modified nano-montmorillonite, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, perlite powder, and graphene oxide powder uniformly, and placing in a beating machine for 2-3 physical beating, centrifuging to remove impurities, adding hydrophilic polymer, anionic polyacrylamide, O-Hydroxybenzophenone derivatives and antibacterial agents, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-50 minutes, increasing the temperature to 45-60 degrees C, adding Osmanthus extract and mugwort leaf extract, stirring evenly, transferring to the drying phase and drying at 60-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours, taking out and cooling naturally and preparing a paper sheet with a paper machine, cutting and pasting with the water-soluble film.
