▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of C-band composite electromagnetic wave absorbing material involves adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid in deionized water, dissolving, adding copper doped tin dioxide until the dissolution is complete, adding silane coupling agent, carrying out hydrothermal reaction, freezing, dying and calcining in an argon atmosphere. USE - Preparation of C-band composite electromagnetic wave absorbing material used in missiles, aircraft, tanks and ship applications. ADVANTAGE - The method has good repeatability, low cost, environmentally-friendly, clean, non-toxic, easy for large-scale production, and provides low-frequency wave-absorbing material with ultra-high absorbing performance. The method uses copper doped tin dioxide microsphere which adjusts the impedance matching of the composite material, and introduces the rich interface, so the polarization loss is greatly improved. The copper doped tin/ reduced graphene oxide has good microwave absorption performance in the C wave band, when the filling amount of the absorbent is 5 wt.%, the minimum reflection loss value is -49. 19 dB (6.08 GHz), and the effective wave- absorbing bandwidth (RL < -10 dB) is 13.94 GHz.
