NOVELTY - Preparing ternary composite material involves purifying and modifying the biomass fiber raw material that is cut into 0.5-3 cm long at 25-40 degrees C. 0.1-2Wt.% graphene oxide and 2-8wt.% mixed water solution are added and processed ultrasonically for 10-20 minutes. The mixture is placed in Buchner funnel, stirred at 100-300 rotations per minute for 3-24 hours and filtered in vacuum. The filtrate is removed and vacuum dried at 50-90 degrees C in vacuum drying box for 6-12 hours to obtain the graphene oxide/biomass fiber. The raw material of biomass fiber is palm or sisal fiber. USE - Method used for preparing ternary composite material for lead-carbon battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare ternary composite material that improves conductivity of activated carbon by graphite, and solves the problem of graphene agglomeration, the carbon material surface is uniformly covered with a layer of nano-lead oxide improves the cycle life of the battery, the hydrogen evolution over-potential of carbon material, the compatibility between carbon material and lead powder, and reduces the interface resistance, in a eco-friendly and cost-saving manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing ternary composite material involves purifying and modifying the biomass fiber raw material that is cut into 0.5-3 cm long at 25-40 degrees C. 0.1-2Wt.% graphene oxide and 2-8wt.% mixed water solution are added and processed ultrasonically for 10-20 minutes. The mixture is placed in Buchner funnel, shaked at 100-300 rotations per minute for 3-24 hours and filtered in vacuum. The filtrate is removed and vacuum dried at 50-90 degrees C in vacuum drying box for 6-12 hours to obtain the graphene oxide/biomass fiber. The raw material of biomass fiber is palm or sisal fiber. The chemically adsorbed lead ions are placed in the graphene oxide/biomass fibers at 25-40 degrees C and stirred at 100-300rotations per minute for 6-10 hours. The concentration of soluble lead salt solution is 10-18 gram/l. The solution is filtered at 50-90 degrees C and vacuum dried vacuum drying box for 6-12 hours to obtain the lead surface of the graphene oxide/biomass fiber. The soluble lead salt is lead nitrate, lead acetate or lead chloride. The carbonization calcination is carried out under the protection of nitrogen, for 2-4 hours at high temperature to obtain the lead-graphene active carbon fiber ternary composite material.
