▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A functionalized graphene comprises a carbon material chosen from graphene, reduced graphene oxide, and graphene oxide, and an amine group (AA) containing a monovalent amine group (BB) and a bivalent or higher secondary amine group (CC) bonded to the carbon material. USE - Functionalized graphene is used for preparing dispersion used in composition for forming polymer composite (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to nanomaterial, barrier material, thermal radiation material, light-emitting material, transparent electrode material, and semiconductor material. ADVANTAGE - The functionalized graphene provides polymer composite with excellent electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties, and desired hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene dispersion (DD), which involves mixing the carbon material and an amine solution containing an amine compound (b) containing the monovalent amine group, an amine compound (c) containing the bivalent or higher secondary amine group, and a solvent (a), and adding a solvent (d) for chemically bonding the amine group to the carbon material; (2) graphene composition, which contains the functionalized graphene; and (3) graphene polymer composite (EE), which contains the functionalized graphene. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the schematic view explaining formation of polymer composite.
