▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous polyurethane-modified graphene oxide nano composite emulsion, is claimed. The modified graphene oxide in emulsion is modified with graphene using an aminohydroxypyrimidine compounds (I) or (II). USE - The emulsion is useful in coating, adhesive, ink, surfactant and sealant composition (claimed), and elastomer, foaming materials, and functional thin film. ADVANTAGE - The emulsion improves mechanical property, thermal conductivity, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance of aqueous polyurethane film and coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Aqueous polyurethane-modified graphene oxide nano composite emulsion, is claimed. The modified graphene oxide in emulsion is modified with graphene using an aminohydroxypyrimidine compounds of formulae (I) or (II). a, b = 0-18; and R1, R2 = alkyl group, primary amino group, secondary amino group, hydroxy or hydroxyalkyl group. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing nano composite emulsion, comprising (i) oxidizing graphene using strong acid, and dispersing in a mixed liquid of water and dimethylformamide to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) adding (I) or (II) to graphene oxide dispersion in a mass ratio of 0.1:1-2:1, and mixing to obtain aminohydroxypyrimidine compound-modified graphene oxide dispersion, and (iii) adding oligomer polyalcohol, diisocyanate compound, hydrophilic monomer, hydroxide, and step (ii) product, and mixing to obtain final product; (2) coating or ink comprising aqueous polyurethane-modified graphene oxide nano composite emulsion; (3) adhesive comprising aqueous polyurethane-modified graphene oxide nano composite emulsion; and (4) sealant or surfactant comprising aqueous polyurethane-modified graphene oxide nano composite emulsion.
