▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Low-smoke halogen-free rubber-plastic heat insulating material comprises a first rubber layer, a first insulating layer, a nano-metal layer, a second insulating layer and a second rubber layer stacked in turn. The first rubber layer and the second rubber layer are made of the same material, comprises 70-90% rubber main body, 7-20% flame retardant and 5-13% filling agent. The material of the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer are the same. USE - Used as low-smoke halogen-free rubber-plastic heat insulating material. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved rubber performance while having a certain flame retardant property; improves insulating property of the material; improves supporting property and rigidity of the material; has good materialization stability and flame retardance; it solves the problem of improving the rubber-plastic physicochemical property on basis of ensuring the rubber-plastic inflaming retarding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing low-smoke halogen-free rubber-plastic insulating material, comprising (i) extruding the sheet-shaped first rubber layer under the environment of 80 plus minus10degreesC, forming a first insulating layer on one side surface of the first rubber layer, and pressing for 3-5 seconds at 0.3-0.8 MPa, cooling to 26-40degreesC; (ii) paving nano-metal layer on the surface of the first insulating layer; the wiring width of the nano-metal layer is 3-9 nm, the mesh number is 500-2000 meshes; heating to 40-60degreesC; forming a second insulating layer on the surface of the nano metal layer, and pressing at 0.5-1 MPa for 5-8 seconds; and (iii) extruding sheet-shaped second rubber layer on the surface of the second insulating layer, and pressing at 1.2-2.6 MPa for 8-12 seconds.
