▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide-silver phosphate comprises 0.82-5.44% reduced graphene oxide and 94.56-99.18% silver phosphate. USE - Reduced graphene oxide-silver phosphate is used for photodegradation of organic textile dyes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide-silver phosphate is manufactured by simple and economical process. The reduced graphene oxide-silver phosphate is recycled without causing changes in structural graphene framework even in illumination of visible light. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of reduced graphene oxide-silver phosphate by one-pot in-situ photoreduction process, which involves pre-treating graphene oxide at 70-90 degrees C for 24-30 hours, preparing transparent dispersion of graphene oxide by ultrasonically processing for 30-60 minutes, adding silver nitrate into graphene oxide dispersion, ultrasonically processing obtained reaction mixture for 15-30 minutes, adding stoichiometric quantity of aqueous solution of diammonium hydrogen phosphate in the reaction mixture, aging the reaction mixture for 30-60 minutes by adding dry ethanol, performing visible light illumination of reaction mixture for 1-2 hours, drying at 60-70 degrees C for 24-26 hours, and grinding. INORGANIC CHEMISTRY - Preferred Composition: The mole ratio of graphene oxide and silver nitrate is 0.035-0.28. The in-situ prepared silver phosphate is used as support. The graphene oxide is used as dopant. The diammonium hydrogen phosphate is used as precursor for phosphate source. The yield of reduced graphene oxide-silver phosphate is 97-100%.
