NOVELTY - The device has a metamaterial unit (1) provided with a top resonant layer (10), a first dielectric layer (20), a second metal layer (30) and a metal bottom plate layer (40) that are sequentially laminated from top to bottom. The first metal patch unit is formed as a circular structure. A film resistor separates the first metal patch unit into four fan-shaped metal patches with the same size. The second metal patch units are correspondingly connected with the fan shape metal patch. The third metal patch units pass through a metallized through hole and the first circular metal patch correspondingly through the metallization through hole. USE - The ultra-miniaturized 2.5 D broadband wave absorbing device is useful in military combat capability and hiding in battlefield, and antenna stealth technology field. ADVANTAGE - The device: uses 2.5 D broadband wave absorber graphene film instead of lumped resistor, convenient for planar integration and mass production, using design of the folding metal strip and the through hole, the structure is ultra-miniaturized, period is only 0.045 lambdaL, inhibiting the occurrence of the gate flap, reduces double-station radar cross section under oblique incidence, and improves invisible performance.
