NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based self-repairing anticorrosive coating involves (a) dispersing graphene and benzotriazole into deionized water, magnetically stirring, centrifuging and drying to obtain a graphene filler loaded with zirconia, (b) weighing bisphenol A diglycidyl ether and neopentyl glycol, stirring uniformly, adding G/BTAH filler, uniformly stirring, (c) adding curing agent in the mixture, stirring to mix uniformly to obtain mixed solution, (d) uniformly coating the mixed solution obtained in the step (iii) on the surface of the protected metal, placing the metal coated with the brush in the constant temperature and constant humidity environment with the temperature of 25℃ and the relative humidity of 50% to solidify, and (e) obtaining the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based self-repairing anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-based self-repairing anti-corrosion coating, which has high practicability, and has excellent electrochemical corrosion resistance, and prolongs the service life of the coating.
