NOVELTY - The electronic atomizing device (10) has an atomizing assembly provided with an atomization central air pipe and a graphene heating element. An oil cup (100) is formed with a through hole. The atomization central air pipe is fixed in the through hole. The atomization central air pipe and the oil cup are formed with an oil storage chamber. The atomization central air pipe is formed with an oil inlet hole that is fixed with the oil storage chamber. The graphene heating element is contained in the atomization central air pipe, and is arranged corresponding to the oil inlet hole. An electrode assembly is provided with a bottom cover and two electrode columns. The bottom cover is connected to an oil cup. The bottom cover is provided with two pole holes, where each of the pole holes is provided with an electrode pole, and the two electrode poles abut the graphene heating element. USE - Electronic atomizing device for electronic atomizer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene heating element corresponds to the oil inlet hole, which is convenient for the graphene heating element to heat the electronic-liquid. The two electrode columns are used as positive and negative electrodes to contact the graphene heating element to provide current for the graphene heating element. The two electrode columns are separately arranged in two different pole holes, so as to avoid the contact between the two electrode columns during installation, by using the rigidity of the electrode column, reduce the probability of the two electrode columns being short-circuited, ensure the normal heating of the graphene heating element, and reduce the probability of failure of the electronic atomization device.
