NOVELTY - Preparing anti-fog screens based on electrospinning technology comprises (i) dispersing nano-graphene in a mixed solvent of N,N-dimethylformamide and acetone and adding polyvinylidene fluoride and polyoxyethylene (ii) washing the metal mesh with clean water, performing dust removal treatment, performing degreasing treatment, immersing metal mesh in a degreasing liquid, washing descaled metal mesh with clean water, drying and spraying ethyl cyanoacrylate on the metal mesh by electrostatic spraying, (iii) adding to the liquid storage mechanism of the electrospinning equipment and using pretreated metal as the electrospinning yarn and electrospining a layer of nanofiber functional film directly on the upper surface of the metal mesh screen using an electrospinning device, (iv) compositing protective layer of nylon mesh on the upper surface of the nanofiber functional film and performing hot pressing process. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-fog screens based on electrospinning technology. ADVANTAGE - The method prevents dust and other particulate matter, ensures the indoor and outdoor air circulation and indoor lighting and is simple to perform. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing anti-fog screens based on electrospinning technology comprises (i) dispersing nano-graphene in a mixed solvent of N,N-dimethylformamide and acetone to obtain a 0.05-1 wt.% nano-graphene dispersion in the mixed solvent, where the volume ratio of N,N-dimethylformamide to acetone is 1:1 and adding polyvinylidene fluoride of molecular weight 570,000 and polyoxyethylene of molecular weight 900,000 to the nanographene dispersion to obtain a clear solution to obtain precursor spinning solution, where the polyvinylidene fluoride content of spinning solution is 15-25wt.% and polyethylene oxide content is 0.3-0.9 wt.%, (ii) washing the metal mesh with clean water, where the base layer is a metal mesh screen, performing dust removal treatment, performing degreasing treatment, immersing metal mesh in a degreasing liquid at 38-40 degrees C for 20-25 minutes, washing descaled metal mesh with clean water, drying and spraying ethyl cyanoacrylate on the metal mesh by electrostatic spraying, where the electrostatic spraying distance is 5- 8 cm, the voltage is 10-20 kV and the time is 2-10 minutes, (iii) adding precursor spinning solution obtained in step (1), to the liquid storage mechanism of the electrospinning equipment and using pretreated metal mesh in step (ii) as the electrospinning yarn and electrospining a layer of nanofiber functional film directly on the upper surface of the metal mesh screen using an electrospinning device, (iv) compositing protective layer of nylon mesh on the upper surface of the nanofiber functional film obtained in step (iii) at 40-50 degrees C and performing hot pressing process.
