NOVELTY - An upconverting fluorescent three-dimensional porous sponge composite material loaded with graphene oxide comprises sponge with cationic compound as carrier, rare earth upconversion luminescent nanomaterial and graphene oxide. USE - Upconverting fluorescent three-dimensional porous sponge composite material loaded with graphene oxide for optoelectronic devices and biomedicine for preparing three-dimensional macro-nano structural unit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of upconverting fluorescent three-dimensional porous sponge composite material loaded with graphene oxide comprising taking sponge, washing, cutting, soaking in 1 wt.% cationic compound aqueous solution for 24 hours, taking out, drying, taking terminal amino hyperbranched polymer modified and terminal hydroxy hyperbranched polymer modified rare earth upconversion luminescent nanomaterials, preparing 1-10 g/L aqueous solutions, soaking sponge in terminal hydroxy hyperbranched polymer modified rare earth upconversion luminescent nanomaterial aqueous solution at 80 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, washing with deionized water, drying, soaking in terminal amino hyperbranched polymer modified rare earth upconversion luminescent nanomaterial aqueous solution at 80 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, washing with deionized water, drying, assembling, repeating steps 0-9 times, soaking sponge in 1-10 g/L oxidized graphene aqueous solution at 80 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, washing with ethanol and deionized water, and drying.
