NOVELTY - High tear-resistant flame-retardant hydrogenated nitrile rubber comprises 100 pts. wt. raw rubber, 70-80 pts. wt. flame retardant, 4-6 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-4 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. mold release wax, 1-2 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 0.3-0.7 pts. wt. vulcanization aid, 4-6 pts. wt. vulcanization agent, 39-45 pts. wt. white carbon black, and pts. wt. 0.3-2 modified graphene-carbon fiber composite materials. The modified graphene-carbon fiber composite material is prepared by loading graphene oxide on the surface of carbon fiber, and then grafting polymaleic anhydride on the surface of graphene oxide. USE - High tear-resistant flame-retardant hydrogenated nitrile rubber for aviation. ADVANTAGE - The high tear-resistant flame-retardant hydrogenated nitrile rubber has improved tear resistance and flame retardancy of hydrogenated nitrile rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high tear-resistant flame-retardant hydrogenated nitrile rubber, which involves putting raw rubber, flame retardant, plasticizer, zinc oxide, coupling agent, mold release wax, anti-aging agent, white carbon black, and modified graphene-carbon fiber composite material in an internal mixer, putting in the mixer at 140℃, mixing the materials and then discharging to obtain the first mixture, mixing the first mixture on the mill at 106-115℃ to obtain the second mixture, adding vulcanizing aids and vulcanizing agents to the second mixture, and then smelting at 108-115℃ on an open mill for 10-30 minutes to get tear flame retardant hydrogenated nitrile rubber.
