▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A cellulose/polyamide antistatic air purification composite membrane preparing method involves adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and polyamide to water, dissolving the demulsifier in water, stirring, adding to the coagulation bath of the electrospinning machine, performing into a nano film by an electrospinning method when passing through coagulation bath, precipitating graphene oxide, depositing on surface of the nano film under the action of the demulsifier, reducing the graphene oxide on the surface of the nano film to graphene using a reducing agent, dissolving tetracarboxyphthalocyanine iron and a catalyst in water to prepare a solution, immersing nano film in a solution, performing two-dip two-rolling by solution padding, drying, baking, performing esterification reaction and grafting tetracarboxy phthalocyanine iron onto the surface of the nano film to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing cellulose/polyamide antistatic air purification composite membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing cellulose/polyamide antistatic air purification composite membrane with high-efficiency permanent removal effect of formaldehyde, removing static electricity in time, prevented dust adsorption, prevented membrane pore blockage, and better durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cellulose/polyamide antistatic air purification composite membrane preparing method involves adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and polyamide to water at 70-75 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, adding graphene oxide, tetracarboxyphthalocyanine iron and emulsifier and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain an uniform and stable spinning emulsion, dissolving the demulsifier in water, stirring for 3-5 minutes, adding to the coagulation bath of the electrospinning machine, performing into a nano film by an electrospinning method when passing through coagulation bath, precipitating graphene oxide, depositing on surface of the nano film under the action of the demulsifier, reducing the graphene oxide on the surface of the nano film to graphene using a reducing agent, dissolving tetracarboxyphthalocyanine iron and a catalyst in water to prepare a solution, immersing nano film in a solution, performing two-dip two-rolling by solution padding, drying, baking, performing esterification reaction and grafting tetracarboxy phthalocyanine iron onto the surface of the nano film to obtain the finished product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a cellulose/polyamide antistatic air purification composite membrane prepared by the method.
