NOVELTY - Preparing alkaline battery anode comprises (a) preparing raw material including 2-7% graphite, 1.2-4.8% graphene, 0.8-3% potassium hydroxide solution, 0.1-0.6% calcium stearate, 2-5% additive and modified electrolytic manganese dioxide (remaining amount), (b) mixing, dry stirring modified electrolytic manganese dioxide, graphite and graphene at a speed of 250-420revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours, (c) adding the mixture after dry stirring into potassium hydroxide solution, wet stirring, (d) pressing the raw material after wet stirring, granulating, sieving to obtain positive mixed powder, (e) slowly adding the additive to a reacted solution, controlling the dropping speed, where the pH value of the reaction system is between 7-13 and can be regarded as the end of the reaction, allowing to stand to obtain precipitate and (f) washing, filtering the obtained precipitate until the filtrate is neutral and vacuum drying to obtain an alkaline battery anode material. USE - The method is useful for preparing alkaline battery anode ADVANTAGE - The method improves the utilization rate of the anode active material of the alkaline battery. The device improves the mixing effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing alkaline battery anode comprises (a) preparing raw material including 2-7% graphite, 1.2-4.8% graphene, 0.8-3% potassium hydroxide solution, 0.1-0.6% calcium stearate, 2-5% additive and modified electrolytic manganese dioxide (remaining amount), (b) mixing, dry stirring modified electrolytic manganese dioxide, graphite and graphene at a speed of 250-420revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours, (c) adding the mixture after dry stirring into potassium hydroxide solution, wet stirring at a speed of 360-520revolutions/minute for 2-3 hours, (d) pressing the raw material after wet stirring, granulating, sieving to obtain positive mixed powder, (e) slowly adding the additive to a reacted solution, controlling the dropping speed, where the reaction temperature is 20-65degrees Celsius, the reaction time is 0.4-13 hours, the pH value of the reaction system is between 7-13 and can be regarded as the end of the reaction, allowing to stand for 7-25 hours to obtain precipitate and (f) washing, filtering the obtained precipitate for 2-4 times until the filtrate is neutral and vacuum drying at 64-105degrees Celsius to obtain an alkaline battery anode material.
