▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene modified inorganic phosphate protective coating comprises component A comprising 1-5 pts. wt. aqueous solution, 3-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 15-20 pts. wt. magnesium chromate, 10-15 pts. wt. zinc powder and 50-60 pts. wt. micron aluminum powder, and component B comprising 1-5 pts. wt. aqueous solution, 6-15 pts. wt. curing agent, 2-5 pts. wt. magnesium chromate, 20-25 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1 pts. wt. graphite and 50-60 pts. wt. submicron aluminum powder. The mass ratio of the component A and the component B is 1:1-1.5. USE - Used as graphene modified inorganic phosphate protective coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the shielding effect of corrosion products, and self-repairing effect of coating film; improves the anti-corrosion performance of the coating; improves the hardness and toughness of the coating; utilizes graphene which acts as a partial barrier; and indirectly improves the overall corrosion resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene-modified inorganic phosphate protective coating, comprising (i) diluting the aqueous solution of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate with deionized water, adding magnesium oxide and zinc oxide, uniformly mixing until completely dissolved, adding a certain amount of magnesium chromate, adding into an ultrasonic instrument, performing shaking treatment, adding zinc powder in sequence with micron-level aluminum powder, magnetically stirring component A, and allowing to stand, (ii) diluting the aqueous solution of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate with deionized water, adding magnesium oxide and zinc oxide, uniformly stirring until completely dissolved, adding a certain amount of magnesium chromate, adding into the ultrasonic instrument to oscillate, adding Triton X-100 (RTM: Polyoxyethylene octyl phenyl ether), adding graphene, mixing and stirring, then adding sub-micron aluminum powder, magnetically stirring, and allowing to stand to obtain component B, and (iii) mixing component A and component B.
