NOVELTY - The sensor has a friction starting device provided with a grounding electrode and a friction electrode. The friction electrode is provided with a metal electrode. A neuron transistor is provided with a graphene transistor. A gel layer is contacted with a grid electrode of the graphene transistor. The metal electrode of the friction electrode is connected with the grid electrode of the graphene transistor. The metal electrode of the friction electrode is provided with a first metal electrode and a second metal electrode. USE - Flexible sensor based on a neuron transistor. ADVANTAGE - The structure of the flexible sensor is simplified. The manufacturing cost of the flexible sensor is reduced. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the sensor.
