NOVELTY - The device has a first input end, a second input end and a controlled end fixed with a graphene nanowire. The controlled end is located on a rectangular resonant cavity. The first input end and the second input end are respectively located at two sides of the rectangular resonant cavity. An output end is located below the rectangular resonant cavity. The input ends are utilized for processing input signal, where the input signal is an electric signal. The output end is utilized for processing output signal corresponding to a device main body, where the output signal is an optical signal. USE - Multi-logic function featured terahertz micro-nano optical logic device for an electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device realizes multiple logic operations on incident wavelength by using the controlled end.
