NOVELTY - Transfer of graphite alkene involves spin-coating polyvinylpyrrolidone-co-oly(methyl methacrylate) macromolecule solution on a graphene surface of a metal substrate, heating and solidifying to form a layer of polyvinyl chloride (PVP-Co)-PMMA film, spin coating a PMMA molybdenum solution on the surface of the PVP/Co-PMA film and heating to solidify to form the layer of PMMA film to obtain PMMA/PVP/co-Graphene/target substrate, removing the metal substrate from the PMMA /PVP -Co-PMM/Graphen/Guitar substrate to obtain a PMM/PVC-Co-PGA/guitar/metal substrate, washing the water-repellent polymethyl methacrylate/PV-Co -PMMA/graphene and transferring to the target substrate, after water evaporation, realizing tight ad USE - Transfer method of graphite alkene for stripping polymer supporting material by alcohol solvent. Uses include but are not limited to organic semiconductor and electro-optical material which will be damaged and dissolved by acetone. ADVANTAGE - The method can transfer the graphene to the special material which will be damaged by acetone, making up the defect of polymer material supporting graphene transfer; and it does not residual PMMA, improves the transfer efficiency and application efficiency of the graphene.
