▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A fiber mat wave-absorbing material comprises 20-40 pts. wt. epoxy resin matrix, 2-5 pts. wt. curing agent, 20-30 pts. wt. graphene fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. manganese dioxide particles and 5-15 pts. wt. microwave absorber fiber bundle. The graphene fibers are mixed with manganese dioxide particles to form composite graphene fibers, and then mixed with epoxy resin and curing agent to form a graphene fiber mat. The microwave absorbent fiber bundle comprises barium titanate microwave absorber, polyaniline and glass fibers in a weight ratio of 1:(0.2-0.5):(0.5-2). USE - Fiber mat wave-absorbing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fiber mat wave-absorbing material has reflection attenuation of greater than -28 dB at 10-18 GHz. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A fiber mat wave-absorbing material comprises 20-40 pts. wt. epoxy resin matrix, 2-5 pts. wt. curing agent, 20-30 pts. wt. graphene fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. manganese dioxide particles and 5-15 pts. wt. microwave absorber fiber bundle. The graphene fibers are mixed with manganese dioxide particles to form composite graphene fibers, and then mixed with epoxy resin and curing agent to form a graphene fiber mat. The microwave absorbent fiber bundle comprises barium titanate microwave absorber, polyaniline and glass fibers which are uniformly mixed in a weight ratio of 1:(0.2-0.5):(0.5-2) to form a fiber bundle of 0.1-1 mm. The microwave absorbent fiber bundle is vertically dispersed in epoxy resin to form an equidistant array with pitch of not more than 10 mm.
