▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Flame-retardant protective coating of rubber and plastic products: 100 parts by mass a polar polymer; 0.5-20 parts by mass a two-dimensional nano packing; 5-50 parts by mass a flame retardant; 0.01-10 parts by mass an amine compound; 1-50 parts by mass a polyphenol compound; and 0.01-10 parts by mass a polyvalent metal salt, where the amine compound is at least one of compounds containing primary amine groups in the structure, the polyphenol compound is at least one of compounds containing ≥ 2 phenolic hydroxyl groups in the structure, the polyvalent metal salt is at least one of a mixture of metal salts containing metal ions with a valence ≥ 2. USE - Used as flame-retardant protective coating of rubber and plastic products. ADVANTAGE - The product provides high-efficiency, weather-resistant and high-adhesion flame-retardant protective coatings and flame-retardant protective coating can be simplified, and the cost can be reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the flame-retardant protective coating comprising (1) coating modification of a two-dimensional nano packing and a flame retardant, adding the two-dimensional nano packing, the flame retardant, an amine compound, a polyphenol compound and a polyvalent metal salt into a solvent A, and under a certain condition, carrying out coating modification on the two-dimensional nano packing and the flame retardant through reactions of the three, namely the amine compound, the polyphenol compound and the polyvalent metal salt, to obtain a dispersion A, (2) dissolution of a polar polymer, dispersing the polar polymer into a solvent B under a certain condition to obtain a dispersion B, where the solvent A and the solvent B are identical or are mutually soluble and (3) preparing a flame-retardant protective coating, mixing the dispersion A with the dispersion B under a certain condition, to obtain the flame-retardant protective coating.
