NOVELTY - A graphene quantum dot-and-silk protein antibacterial composite material comprises graphene quantum dot or doped-graphene quantum dot and silk protein in a mass ratio of 1:1-1:10000. The doped-graphene quantum dot comprises weak oxidizing or reducing or non-metallic compound, metal compound or organic compound as dopant. The concentration of dopant is 0.01-10 mM. The molecular weight of silk protein is 1000-10000000 Da. USE - Graphene quantum dot-and-silk protein antibacterial composite material used in antibacterial and wound suture material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene quantum dot-and-silk protein antibacterial composite material has excellent antibacterial activity, and ability to generate hydroxyl radicals at visible light or dark field.
