NOVELTY - Aluminum based graphene aqueous acrylic acid resin composite material comprises aluminum base, whose one side is coated with graphene coating. The aluminum base has thickness of 0.05-0.5 mm and graphene coating has a thickness of 1-10 mu m. USE - The composite material useful in refrigerators, heat exchanger household air conditioner and central air conditioner. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has good re-processing performance; occupies less space; is economical; and saves energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aluminum based graphene aqueous acrylic acid resin composite material, comprising (a) dispersing graphene in dimethyl ethanolamine and ultrasonically oscillating to form mother liquor, (b) uniformly mixing mother liquor with aqueous acrylic resin to form a mixture and (c) curing, coating the obtained coating mixture on an aluminum base, drying and curing.
