▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing water-dispersible graphene nanoplatelet, involves adding graphene nanoplatelet and active material to container, grinding and mixing graphene nanoplatelet and active material for 1-15 minutes to obtain a mixture, and heating obtained mixture via microwave at medium energy of 80-560 W for 1-15 minutes to obtain water-dispersible graphene nanoplatelet, where grinding and mixing process to obtain mixture and heating obtained mixture are repeated as desired to obtain water-dispersible graphene nanoplatelet, the active material comprises mixture comprising sulfonate structure having aromatic or non-aryl, polymer having formaldehyde, salt and solvent for solid-state synthesis. USE - The method is used for preparing water-dispersible graphene nanoplatelet for preparing composite with hydrophilic polymer, such as rubber, synthetic polymer, such as polyvinyl alcohol, and natural polymer, such as chitosan, and for preparing graphene-rubber composite for producing graphene-rubber composite based product, such as glove, condom, tire and mat (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures excellent barrier properties, electrical and thermal conductivities, mechanical properties such as stiffness, strength and surface hardness, increases the demand for water-dispersible graphene nanoplatelets due to its dispersion stability that can be utilized in various applications, conventionally produces the water-dispersible graphene nanoplatelets via electrochemical exfoliation method, and is simple, economical, environmentally-friendly, effective and safe. The prepared graphene-rubber composite based products have improved conductivity properties, thermal conductivity, mechanical properties such as tensile strength, and cut resistance, and increases its usability in various industries such as electrical appliance industry, polymers and fine chemicals manufactures.
