▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Integrated electrode frame with bipolar plate comprises a bipolar plate and an electrode frame. The electrode frame is a flat plate. The middle part of one side surface of the flat plate is provided with a groove. The bottom surface of middle portion of the groove is formed with a through hole for placing an electrode. The bipolar plate is placed in the middle through hole of the electrode frame, close to an opening end of the through hole. The axis of the intermediate through hole is perpendicular to the surface of a bipolar board. The peripheral edge of the bipolar board and the inner wall surface of through hole are sealed and fixed by laser welding. The opening end is sealed by the bipolar plate. USE - The integrated electrode frame with bipolar plate is useful in vanadium liquid flow battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode frame: ensure the assembly efficiency of the galvanic pile; reduce the use of half of the sealing element, reduce half of the sealing cost and thickness of the battery volume and weight of the all-vanadium liquid flow battery; and improves the utilization rate of the bipolar plate to reduce the battery internal resistance, power density and energy efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the integrated electrode frame with bipolar plate.
