NOVELTY - Extracting and preparing oxidized graphite alkene by using oxidized graphene involves taking chemical peeling off the graphene oxide raw liquid, and adding to the deionized water for washing to weak acid. A culture medium is taken and inoculated with filamentous fungi Pythium oligandrum Drechsler CBS 109981, then adding the prepared oxidized graphene standing or sbjecting to shaking culture for completely absorbing and graphene and obtaining the mycelium containing graphene oxide. The mycelium obtained is absorbed with graphene oxide obtained is separated, cleaned with deionized water, and transferred into sterile water, allowed to stand, subjected to shaking culture, and after the mycelium releases the reduction oxidation graphene then mycelium, is taken out, and centrifuged to obtain desired product. USE - Method for extracting and preparing oxidized graphite alkene by using oxidized graphene. ADVANTAGE - The oxidized graphite alkene is prepared in a simple, environment-friendly, and cost-effective manner, which has high purity, and method causes no energy consumption, and no waste using low device requirement, and has good application prospect.
